PSYCHOTERAPIA
PSYCHOTHERAPY
Psychotherapy allows us to discover the unique essence of each person.
The moment we choose to begin therapy is the moment we begin the journey to discover who we truly are.
Through relaxation and body-based techniques, we come into deeper contact with ourselves -
we release unconscious emotions and rediscover forgotten thoughts or beliefs that may be holding us back from living our dreams.
In therapy, we face our shadow: repressed emotions, inner pain, or a distorted self-image.
We begin to tame the unconscious, to bring light into the places that have been covered in darkness.
You can imagine this process like this:
Imagine living in a dark room.
You’ve grown used to stumbling over objects you can’t see.
But as you begin working with your emotions and inner blocks, lights slowly begin to turn on.
You start to see clearly — to recognize the source of your choices, your patterns, and your pain.
Without self-awareness, our decisions may seem random.
We think we are solving our problems, but often we are simply circling the same old patterns.
True change begins with self-knowledge.

REGRESSING
Regressing is an alternative method of psychotherapy that helps access the deeper layers of the subconscious.
This method supports:
-
Releasing fear, tension, and limiting complexes
-
Reaching the root causes of physical or emotional issues
-
Reducing the effects of psychosomatic illness
-
Treating depression and neurosis
-
Building healthier relationships
-
Letting go of internalized negative beliefs
Using techniques that work with the subconscious and the mind’s ability to travel through time, regressing allows us to release emotional blocks from:
-
Prenatal experiences
-
Birth
-
Childhood
Through this process, you can safely uncover your personal story, discover your inner resources, and transform limiting patterns.

Monika Więch

I am a Process Work therapist (also known as Process-Oriented Psychology).
I consider therapeutic work as part of a pathway that enables us to get to know who we truly are.
I have been especially focused on dream analysis for 20 years. In my view, dreams are powerful bridges between the known and the unknown.
My method combines work with the subconscious, bodywork, and regression techniques. I regularly apply dream work within the framework of Process-Oriented Psychology, and I also use lucid dreaming techniques.
I believe each person is unique, so I aim to find the therapeutic approach that best suits each individual. Together with the client, I begin a process of exploration — a kind of research — to discover unconscious layers, sleeping talents, and blocked emotions that, if not expressed or naturally integrated, may contribute to emotional or physical difficulties.
Although therapeutic work often involves facing challenging experiences and uncomfortable emotions, it can ultimately bring forward a person’s inner beauty, truth, and harmony. This process becomes a source of deep fulfillment — for both the client and myself as a therapist.
I am a member of the Polish Society for Process Psychology, and my therapeutic work is regularly supervised by a certified teacher of this method.
I have trained and developed my skills under the guidance of various specialists in Poland and abroad, including Bogna Szymkiewicz, Gary Reiss, Lane Arye, Clare Hill, and Dawn Menken.
For over nine years, I also organized and facilitated training courses for diverse groups of international participants. These programs focused on work organization and the awareness of cultural differences.
I am the author of a recording devoted to subconscious work entitled "Release from Fears" (listen here), and the co-author of the book "Healing Regressions" (Sadhan Publishing House, 1997)
I also have a recommendation from the Polish Society for Process Psychology, which I can provide upon request. More about my work: http://psychologia-procesu.org.pl/monika-anna-wiech
