Imagine that we have always been moving in a room in the darkness and we are used to stumbling over objects in it.

Working with our own emotions and blockages causes that in our room lights turn on, we start to be aware of where the reasons for our choices, problems and diseases come from.

Without knowing yourself we make random decisions, it seems to us that our problems are solved and in reality we are constantly going around the same difficulties.

The real change in life is made by getting to know oneself.
